By using Jolani Dating App ("Jolani"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Registration: Requires Google Sign-In. Email login is available only after completing registration with Google.
Accuracy: Provide truthful profile information; impersonation or misrepresentation is prohibited.
Security: Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Respectful behavior: Be courteous in chats and matches. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive content are prohibited.
Content: Do not post illegal content or infringe others’ rights.
Enforcement: Violations may result in warnings, feature limits, suspension, or account termination.

Store items: Swipe credits, boosts, reveals, superlikes, and other promotional features may be offered.
Daily rewards: Includes a roulette spinner with randomized bonuses; rewards may vary, change, or expire.
Finality: All purchases are final and non‑refundable.
No cash value: Virtual items and rewards have no real‑world cash value and are for use within Jolani.
Availability: Features may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time to improve service.

Reporting: You can report users or content that violates these terms.
Action: Jolani may investigate and take appropriate action, at its discretion, to protect users.
Child Safety: Jolani enforces a strict Child Safety Standards (CSAE) policy. Any content or conduct involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited, will be removed immediately, and may be reported to law enforcement.

Service provided “as is”: Jolani is provided without warranties of any kind.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jolani is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Jolani after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
